DAY 1

Arrival to Zvartnots airport, transfer to hotel.

DAY 2

Breakfast. Half day city tour. Visits to Matenadaran – depository of ancient manuscripts, Museum of History of Armenia, Tsiternakaberd – Monument and Museum devoted to the Genocide of Armenians in 1915. Lunch. Visit to Yerevan Brandy Factory with tasting of Armenian brandy. Possibility to buy Armenian cognac. In the second half of the day continue to Echmiadzin – the center of Armenian Apostolic church, Hriprime Martyria church. On the way back visit to the ruins of Zvartnots Temple – the pearl of the 7th c. architecture. Return to Yerevan hotel, overnight.

DAY 3

Breakfast. Departure for half day tour to Garni – Pagan Temple of the 1st c. A.D., Geghard Cave Monastic complex, 12-13th cc., carved from solid rock. The complex is set into a landscape of great natural beauty, which is surrounded by towering cliffs at the entrance to the Azat Valley. Drive back to Yerevan. Walk through Northern Avenue, high-end branded shops, cafes. Visit to Megerian carpets Museum, with tour. Possibility to buy Armenian carpets. Dinner at the Megerian restaurant.

DAY 4

Breakfast. Visit to Yerevan Bazaar to buy some fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs & spices. Continue to Saryan park, where one can see and buy the best works of Armenian artists. Lunch. Walk at the art center of Cafesjian. The majority of the exhibition is the works of the private collection of the main benefactor, Mr. Gerard L. Cafesjian. This collection counts more than 5,000 works of the most complete glass collection in the world. The garden of the sculptures of Cafesjian is located near the Cascade and is one of the best collections in the world. Possibility to visit museum of Parajanov, museum of Martiros Saryan. Dinner. Free time.

DAY 5

Breakfast. Visit to Vernissage market, where you can find the best examples of Armenian folk art, unique jewelry, exclusive handmade masterpieces craftsmanship. Visit Vernissage and take a piece of Armenia with you. Visit to Dalma Garden Mall, time for shopping. In the evening farewell dinner at a traditional Armenian restaurant, where you will see how Armenian Lavash (included into the intangible heritage of UNESCO) is baked in tondir (oven) and taste it. You will listen to the wonderful sounds of Armenian Duduk and will have the opportunity to dance Kochari, both inscribed in the UNESCO.list of the intangible cultural heritage.

DAY 6

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Departure.
